This luggage rack can fit all types of bikes, with 600, 650 or 700 wheels with drilled fork crowns (! some Dutch bikes, track bikes and real fixies have an undrilled fork crown).
It is fixed by unscrewing the front brake, and is placed behind it, on its fixing screw, then, on the axle of the front wheel equipped with bolts, butterflies or quick release.
