For this 3rd edition of the Anjou Vélo Vintage,
The organizers have concocted something for us to really get a vintage sweat on.
A big race from Angers to Saumur, "la Rétro 1903" with real old bikes from before the war of 14-18, some saw carbon frames... but isn't carbon in everything?
In Saumur, an impressive village of exhibitors that you couldn't miss.
Design, fashion and vintage bikes, a really nice combination.
Next to the merchant village, a flea market for vintage bicycles brought together professionals in the field of vintage bicycles.
Unfortunately, many registrants passed by without seeing it, given the number of mountain bikes and recent bicycles on the Sunday courses.
There, it was no longer a joke, 3 courses full of kilometers left the survivors haggard and wet on the podium.
This 3rd edition surprised the regulars by the number of participants, 2300 registered and 20,000 visitors, but the perfect organization, the super active volunteers and the beautiful stages, made everyone agree, except the agoraphobics.
