Paris in the rain this morning, it wasn't cool, but everything became clearer when I visited the Photoquai 2013 exhibition until November 17, quai Branly.
Current photographers from faraway countries exhibited their images outdoors. Superb. The Vélographe's eye lingered on José Castrellón's series, Priti Baiks.
Phonetic of the English "Pretty bikes", these "cool bikes" are proudly presented by their owners. For them, "priti" means "class". Lacking a car, it is in the creativity and originality of the customization of their bikes that these Panamanians distinguish themselves. A Cadillac, what for?
